We welcome our valued guests by following the flight information you have provided to our team, with a personalized welcome card prepared in your name at the airport, and then we proceed to our VIP vehicle with our driver. Our driver will first take you to the hotel where we will be staying near Trabzon Airport, assisting you with check-in and helping you to leave your luggage in your room. For guests whose flight arrives before 11:00 AM, the excursion begins on the day of arrival, and the check-in time for our hotel is set at 14:00. We start our tour by leaving our luggage at the hotel's baggage room. For guests arriving after 12:00 PM, only airport transfer service will be provided on the first day, and this transfer incurs an extra fee. If you arrive after 12:00 PM, your 5-day special tour will start on the 2nd day of your holiday. Our tours last for 10 hours each day.
Your private driver will pick you up from your hotel at the previously specified time and we will start our first day of the tour. On the first day of the tour, our route is Uzungöl. We reach Uzungöl by stopping at the specified points during our tour. We give you a 5-hour free time to enjoy. During this time, you can walk by the lake, have a picnic, or taste local delicacies in Uzungöl restaurants. At 18:00, we will start our return journey and head back to our hotel.

After having your breakfast at our hotel in the morning, your driver will pick you up from your hotel, and we will start our tour. We reach Ayder Plateau by stopping at the indicated points included in the Ayder Tour. In Ayder, we give our valued guests a free time of 5 hours to enjoy. During your free time, you can take walks in Ayder Plateau, take photos, and taste local delicacies. At 18:00, we will regroup in our vehicle for the return and head back to our hotel.

After having your breakfast at the hotel in the morning, your driver will pick you up from your hotel to start our tour. Within the Trabzon City Tour program, we complete our trip by stopping at the specified locations. At the last stop of our city tour, you need to choose between the Aquarium or Boat Tour activities. After your choice, we visit your selected stop and conclude our tour, then return to our hotel.

After having your breakfast at the hotel this morning, our enjoyable 3-day holiday comes to an end today. If you have a flight reservation, our GOLD 3 package includes Airport Transfer, and we will pick you up from your hotel at the specified time to provide your Airport Transfer, bidding farewell until we meet again in another Rentravel program.

Consumers can receive a full refund of the tour price if they cancel the contract at least 10 days before the start of the service in package tours. If the cancellation is made between 10 and 4 days, they can receive 50% of the tour price. Customers who made a reservation through pre-booking or bank transfer agree and undertake to pay the full tour price to the agency if they cancel less than 10 days before for package tours, and less than 12 hours before for daily tours. The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 3 days prior for package tours and up to 1 hour before for daily tours if the required number of participants is not reached, and in this case, the full tour price will be refunded.
