Refund Policy
Consumers can receive a full refund of the tour price if they cancel the contract 10 days before the start of the service in accommodation tours. If the cancellation occurs between 10 to 4 days prior, they can get back 50% of the tour price. Customers who have made a reservation with a pre-reservation or EFT/Transfer must agree and commit to paying the full tour price to the agency if they cancel less than 10 days in advance for accommodation tours, and less than 12 hours in advance for day trips. The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 3 days in advance for accommodation tours and up to 1 hour in advance for day trips if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in which case the full tour price will be refunded. After your reservation is recorded, you will be notified via email and notification message. Please ensure that all your information is correct.
