Refund Policy
Consumers can receive a full refund of the trip fee if they cancel the contract for hosted tours more than 10 days prior to the start of the service. If the cancellation is made between 10 and 4 days before, they can receive 50% of the trip fee. Customers who have made a reservation through pre-reservation or bank transfer agree and undertake to pay the full tour fee to the agency if they cancel less than 10 days before for hosted tours, or less than 12 hours before for day trips. The agency reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 3 days in advance for hosted tours and up to 1 hour before for day trips if the minimum number of participants is not reached, and in this case, the full tour fee will be refunded. After your reservation, you will be informed via email and notification message. Please ensure that all your information is entered correctly.
